Effective Date: April 11, 2026. This document governs your access to the Mynivaro Digital educational platform and our specialized AI programming fundamentals courses.
Agreement Overview
By accessing mynivaro.digital, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these legal requirements, you must discontinue use of our educational resources and platform immediately.
1. Usage Rights & Platform Access
Mynivaro Digital provides specialized training in AI programming fundamentals. We grant users a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access course materials for personal, educational purposes. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental or guardian consent to participate in our digital curriculum within Malaysia or your respective jurisdiction.
Unauthorized reproduction of code snippets, logic models, or proprietary pedagogical structures developed by Mynivaro Digital is strictly prohibited. Your access is a privilege conditioned upon compliance with these terms and our ethical coding standards.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Mynivaro Digital and its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from mynivaro.digital for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms of service.
- You must not republish material from our platform without written consent.
- You must not sell, rent, or sub-license course content or proprietary software tools.
Learning Code of Conduct
Our courses focus on fundamental AI programming. To maintain a professional environment, we enforce strict guidelines regarding interaction and resource utilization.
Authentic Development
Users are expected to engage with the AI programming fundamentals through their own effort. While AI tools may be used as pedagogical aids, the submission of fully machine-generated work without comprehension or attribution is contrary to our educational mission.

Platform Resilience
Any attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary algorithm structures, bypass security layers, or perform data scraping on the Mynivaro Digital environment will result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action under Malaysian cyber statutes.

Payment Terms
Full tuition for course modules is due at the time of enrollment unless a structured payment plan has been pre-approved. All transactions are processed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) unless otherwise specified.
Refund Policy
Course fees are eligible for a partial refund within the first 14 days of the start date, provided that no more than two modules have been accessed. After this period, fees are non-refundable as the digital assets are considered delivered.
Liability Disclaimer
Mynivaro Digital provides educational content "as is" and "as available." While we strive for absolute accuracy in our AI programming fundamental courses, we do not warrant that course materials are error-free or that the techniques taught will result in specific employment outcomes or financial gains.
In no event shall Mynivaro Digital be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your inability to use the platform or the application of the knowledge gained from our modules.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kuala Lumpur for the resolution of any disputes that may arise out of or in connection with these terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
